PlakaNet
RESIDENTIAL

Residential & Apartment Plate Recognition System

PlakaNet is built for residential complexes and apartment entrances: it recognizes resident vehicles by plate and opens the barrier automatically, logs guests and alerts on unauthorized vehicles. Footage never goes to the cloud; records stay on site.

  • Automatic access for residents
  • Guest logging & approval
  • Privacy-first, offline

Highlights

The four critical needs of residential management, in one software.

Resident Vehicle Management

Resident plates are added once; vehicles pass without stopping or remotes. Per-unit records and multiple vehicles are supported.

Guest & Visitor Flow

Guest vehicles are logged; approved-pass or security-approval scenarios run according to your setup.

Unauthorized Vehicle Alerts

Instant alerts for unknown or blacklisted plates; every entry and exit is archived with a timestamp.

Barrier & Gate Integration

Your existing barrier, sliding gate or turnstile connects via HTTP/TCP or relay; no forced new hardware.

How it works

  1. 01

    Vehicle Approaches

The entrance camera reads the plate in milliseconds.

  2. 02

    List Check

The plate is matched against the resident list: resident, guest or unknown?

  3. 03

    Decision & Pass

Residents open the barrier automatically; guests follow the logging/approval flow.

  4. 04

    Record Kept

Every pass is archived with a timestamp; reports are available in the panel.

Setup process

Four steps from survey to go-live.

  1. 01

    Site Survey

Entrance layout and camera position are determined; a single camera often suffices for one-entrance buildings.

  2. 02

    Installation

Camera mounting and integration with your existing barrier/gate.

  3. 03

    Resident List

Resident plates are imported in bulk; the guest scenario is designed with management.

  4. 04

    Go-Live

Accuracy is confirmed with live testing; management and security staff are trained.

Residential setup FAQ

Can it be installed in a small apartment building?

Yes. One camera is usually enough for single-entrance buildings; the cost is significantly lower than large complexes.

How do we upload resident plates?

Imported in bulk from your management list (Excel/CSV); afterwards adding/removing takes one click in the panel.

How do guest vehicles enter?

Per your setup: with security approval, pre-registration or log-and-pass. All guest passes are reported.

Is it privacy compliant?

Plate data stays on the device at your site and never goes to the cloud; retention and access are under your control, which simplifies compliance.

How many cameras do we need?

One camera for a single one-way entrance; two are recommended where entry and exit are managed separately.
